BPI country Lead work with and collaborate directly with the GM and Excom Member in the Country. This role has high visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the region utilising proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Management Systems
Execute the ESI BPI and PMO strategy within the region through cross functional teams of leaders and their project management and/or technical expertise aligned to regional functional managers with focus on standardization, automation and alignment.
Ensure all Service and Implementation managers within the region are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and are committed to the identification of and execution on process improvement opportunities.
Proactively monitor business performance / operating results within the region against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through BPI initiatives
Communicate strategic importance of projects and support in the creation of business cases to gain funding and buy-in from key constituents and to ensure success of initiatives and investments
Leverage relationships and collaborates on a regular basis with other functional areas to identify BPI and PMO training needs
Manage resources effectively to ensure quality, consistency, cost effectiveness and excellence of service.
Engage with ESI Service and Implementation teams within the region to create and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
Coordinate resources across SE region in a virtual mode to run bpi projects.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience of processes design and how to work to minimum quality standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of BPI and project management tools and practices like Six Sigma , Lean Management
5+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst, BPI Manager.
