Java Backend Developer

This is an opportunity to work within a very strong development team and help to develop challenging new products in the financial space using cutting edge technology.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Core Java, Springboot, Microservices, RESTful web services.
Ability to understand and work with distributed systems / microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and related services. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
Solid experience with Kafka and/or messaging protocols.
Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., Postgres/Oracle).
Strong experience in Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, Unix/Linux.
Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Solid written and verbal communication skills to interface with other technology and business stakeholders.
Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.
