Amdocs Order Management System (OMS) enables corporate business customers to integrate its previous standalone ordering support systems, improving the order and fulfillment process with decreased delivery and operational costs. Amdocs Order Management also automates ordering conflict detection (jeopardy) and resolution, provides advanced tracking mechanisms and improves interfaces between billing, provisioning and order management. Amdocs Order Management allows orporate business customers to reduce operational costs and minimize the number of lost and inaccurate orders.
