About The Role
We're looking for a Java Lead with strong Spring Boot expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. You'll work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in code reviews and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in Java development (Java 8+)
2+ years of team handling experience
Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Kubernetes and Azure
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools
Knowledge of unit & integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Frontend knowledge (Angular/React) for full-stack collaboration
Basic understanding of application security and performance optimization
Soft Skills
Problem-solving mindset
Good communication & teamwork
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
Education
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Soft & Other Skills:
Excellent Communication skills (MUST Have)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively independently and/or as part of a team
Must be a Team Player with a Positive attitude
Good grasping and learning abilities
