The Role:

A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for an experienced Job Coach, based in Bankstown and servicing the Canterbury / Bankstown region.

Our Job Coaches are responsible for the successful placement and transition of our Clients into sustainable employment, by providing a high quality and individually tailored service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring Clients to overcome employment barriers and support them through a tailored job plan;
  • Networking to strengthen relationships with local employers;
  • Reverse marketing Clients to employers, resulting in suitable and sustainable employment;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
  • Providing Post Placement Support to Clients and Employers.

This opportunity is a Full Time Max Term Contract until June 30, 2023.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a real passion for helping people.

About You:

  • Ability to motivate and encourage;
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; able to adapt easily to situations;
  • Ability to successfully manage a caseload;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPI's;
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; and 
  • A flexible and team orientated approach.
