The Presales Specialist is a key member of the SAP Presales team for General Business. Someone that possesses both a deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and partner software solutions as well as the business acumen to understand the needs of different customer organizations.

Let’s take a look at what your typical work week will look like.

  • You’ll be interacting with prospective customers at all levels (i.e. from C-Level executives, to HR administrators), understanding their business needs through discovery conversations, and tailoring memorable presentations to demonstrate how our solution meets their needs.
  • As you will be supporting South East Asia as the region so many of the customer interactions and presentations would be remote . You would learning new tool and technology from a memorable remote customer engagement.
  • To do this, you’ll need to be able to work together with different team members within SAP, leveraging their expertise in their areas to build a compelling business case for the customer. You’ll be expected to challenge a customer’s thinking on how they intend to do things and build close relationships with them as a trusted advisor.
  • You’ll also be supporting marketing events like conferences where you’ll be manning booths and speaking to different people, to actually going on stage in front of a large audience and speaking about the latest innovations that our product has to offer.
  • Most importantly, you’ll need to find and allocate time for self-learning, learning about the new software capabilities that are released quarterly, to reading about the latest HR trends by thought leaders, and coming up with blogs/articles on your own thoughts on HR as well.
  • And the best part, you’ll no longer be measured based on the long hours that you spent in the office, instead, you’ll be measured based on the outcomes of your work.
