DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers and facilitates training programs both in-house and with outside institutions according to plans and budget.
  • Works closely with HRD Manager in order to design, implement and monitor training and development programmes for LMG’s staffs based upon business and departmental needs
  • Ensures every training and development programme is aligned with the company’s approved training budget, plan and policy
  • Analyses and collects all training statistics/ records and generates and submits monthly training reports for local and regional office on time with a high standard
  • Submit and monitor Training report to Department of Skill Development
  • Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees’ performances through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Assists all aspects of the company’s e-learning systems/ courses
  • Acts as a key HR member coordinating and supporting all related engagement activities

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in training and 1-2 years in management position
  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Admin., Education, Human Resources or related
  • Good command in both spoken and written in English
  • Good planning and execution skills, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices, presentation tools, able to design own training materials
  • Able to travel and work with flexible schedule
