Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA and responsible for selling the company's solutions within their assigned territory; primary responsibility is new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established territory\. Working with partners and the partner management team to drive growth in their territory\. Accountable for accurately forecasting and delivering against an assigned sales quota\. Ideally, you are located in the Netherlands\.
Required Skills
+ Develop sales solutions or taking courses of action that appropriately consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences\.
+ Engage with customers to explore their situations and needs; probing underlying issues that suggest broader solutions; maximizing the productiveness of interactions by monitoring and building on customers' cues\.
+ Effective exploration of alternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements that gain customers' acceptance and commitment\.
+ Understand and utilize economic, financial, industry, and organizational data; accurately diagnosing customers' business strengths, weaknesses, and key issues that can inform sales strategies and plans\.
+ Use appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and internal partners\.
+ Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations\.
+ Mobilize available internal and external resources to achieve sales and organizational goals; proactively negotiating for and accessing resources outside one's immediate domain when necessary\.
+ Effective control of sales assignments by allocating appropriate time to priority goals, requirements, and sales opportunities\.
+ Demonstrate zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences; quickly assimilating and applying new information\.
+ Exhibit behavior styles that facilitate adaptation to the demands of the sales role\.
+ Fluent in both written and oral English
+ Team player who enjoys the sales challenge\.
Required Experience
+ 4 years of experience in outside sales \(B2B and/or Enterprise software sales\)
+ Managing a pipeline and closing deals in the £50k to £1m range
+ Managed a "book of business" up to £2M per annum
+ Experience dealing with C Level
+ Experience and passion for using a recognized solution sales methodology
