Collaborate with diverse creatives from across business, strategy, media, experience design, innovation & engineering to create the never-before.


IF YOU’RE A JUNIOR COPYWRITER,
you are a lover of the language. Whether it’s written or spoken,

one line or a hundred lines, you expect yourself to deliver writing that is both creative and compelling.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead projects with account team and planning team

  • Interpret creative briefs to provide clear understanding of objectives and work required

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director

  • Present ideas to colleagues

  • Familiarize with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities;

  • Write clear, persuasive and original copy

  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar

  • Revise or redevelop ads or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;

  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion

  • Work on several campaigns when required, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines

  • Keep up to date with popular culture and trends and all digital new technologies

You will need:

  • Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar  

  • Ability to write advertising copy that is original and impactful that meets the clients’ briefs

  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience

  • To ensure consistency and quality in communication 

IF YOU’RE A JUNIOR ART DIRECTOR,

you are a lover of great design and beautiful visuals. Whether it’s in motion or static, in the form of branding, videos, social media, activation ideas, design or PR. You expect yourself to deliver ideas that are both compelling and beautiful to look at.

You love idea generation, have a great imagination, a versatile approach and a multidisciplinary capability across all digital media platforms.
 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead projects with account team and planning team

  • Interpret creative briefs to provide clear understanding of objectives and work required

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the copywriter with an emphasis on compelling ideas

  • Present ideas to colleagues

  • Familiarize with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities;

  • Conceive, develop and produce the overall look and feel of advertising campaigns and other projects

  • Manage, craft and guarantee the quality of the creative product
    Revise ideas in response to feedback from the ECD, Creative Director, account servicing team or clients

  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion

  • Work on several campaigns when required, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines

  • Understand how to work with vendors when required

  • Keep up to date with popular culture and trends and all digital new technologies

You will need

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Diploma/BA in Visual Communication, Advertising or related field

Core Competencies:

  • Strong visual ideation ability

  • Ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and medium

  • Ability to generate ideas and art direction that is original and impactful and meets the client’s brief

  • Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good project management skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Possess commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience

  • Ability to apply knowledge of consumer trends and culture

  • Sound knowledge of digital craft and through the line conceptualization

  • To ensure consistency and quality in the work
