(Junior) Project Manager (DACH region)

Our Customer Success Team is searching for a (Junior) Project Manager for our clients in the DACH region at our office in Basel.

What can you expect at jacando:

• Project lead during the introduction of our HR cloud software for new customers
• Performance of exciting webinars and on-site training for our customers
• Cooperation with the product team in the ongoing development of our software
• Creation and revision of articles for our interactive Help Center

What you bring to the team:

• You are communicative, able to work independently and willing to take on responsibility
• You already have experience in project management and in dealing with customers
• You have a technical affinity and you mediate between technology and customers with enthusiasm
• German is your mother tongue and you have a good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
