We are looking for a superstar Key Account Executive to expand our Enterprise business in the EMEA. You will be the first Account Executive part of the new EMEA B2B Sales team that will boost our expansion in the country, closing deals with mid-size companies and enterprises. You are a self-starter who has a true passion for online advertising.

You convert opportunities, already qualified by SDRs, into closed deals. You explore prospects’ and verticals’ needs to develop effective sales strategies and craft new business proposals to approach big companies.

You work closely with our Solution Engineer team to explore customized solutions to sync digital advertising data (leads, audience, conversions).

You’re able to understand tech requests needed to deliver custom-made integrations.

It’s a plus if you have experience in online advertising within these industries: telco, automotive, education, retail, banking, insurance. 


On day #1 we'll expect you to have... 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a B2B Account Executive within a tech company. 
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals in a fast-paced environment: consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in online advertising, knowledge of digital marketing platforms such Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
  • Understanding software development and web technologies (e.g. SOAP/REST API integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP).
  • Experience working with the main CRM software, ERP, digital marketing tools. 
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively.
  • Ability to spot new trends within the market and craft new business proposals. 
  • Strong desire to initiate and contribute to an innovative environment.
  • Competitive self-starter with a team player approach, you’re able to hit the ground running on day #1. You gather and share information with teammates, working collaboratively and effectively with teams across different countries and time zones.
  • Minimum English level C1

Day in the life

In this role, you will ...

  • Report to Lia, the Manager of Sales at LeadsBridge
  • Investigate sales opportunities, qualified by the SDR team, to find the integration solution that better serves prospects’ tech needs.
  • Partner with our SDR team to research and target new verticals. 
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demo, overcoming objections. 
  • Build the sales pipeline, close deals and manage sales forecasts.
  • Craft business proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Log information and sales activities to provide full context and insights for other teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital advertising features and product launches.
  • Work closely with the solution engineer team to investigate tech needs and deliver the best solution. 
  • Improve sales processes to establish best practices.
  • Investigate new sales opportunities, explore new verticals to serve.
  • Contribute to enhancing the Sales knowledge base.
  • Team up with our partners (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) to scale clients.
