Follow Us on LinkedIn: [...] KAM, you will grow and develop profitable sales in the automotive markets, developing and managing long term project sales cycles.
Your main focus is to establish a solid network and strong business relations with existing and potential customers, in order to develop customers in Europe.
You will generate and manage quotations and project management activities, in close collaboration with engineering, and assume global account manager responsibility for global accounts in your region.
Being part of a small and fast-growing team within Donaldson, you support marketing activities, needed to achieve the business unit’s ambitions.
You have an engineering or commercial degree (or equivalent through experience) with strong technical interest. Your passion for technology and your common sense are considered equally valuable.
You have at least 8 years of experience in long term project sales (preferably international).
You are an outgoing, proactive and sales minded person, eager to grow and develop the market in your region. You are a well-prepared, door-opening relationship-builder and natural born networker.
You combine team spirit with drive and positive attitude, are solution oriented and knows how to align external demands and internal resources in order to build long term business relations.
You demonstrate project and account management skills as you will be playing a significant role in the whole production process (engaging with engineering, R&D, purchasing …).
You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously and willing to travel within Europe (20 to 30%). You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to conduct business in either French or German.
