Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Support key account development and maintenance through evaluating their requirements and provide respective solutions;
Approach and secure new clients to expand your portfolio of Key Accounts, whilst maintaining and expanding existing relationships;
Analyze client’s problems and identify root causes;
Evaluate performance through reports and review meetings, and proactively propose improvement plan;
Liaise with internal teams and overseas partners for smooth delivery of freight forwarding and logistics services, along with solution design & implementation;
Define and implement client specific SOPs;
Understand goals, create relevant documents (flows, briefing etc.);
Act as main contact for account development, forecast and seek business opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties;
Resolve day-to-day issues, set up KPI’s and monitor service quality.

Job Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree or above in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or related discipline;
3-5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry;
Experienced in serving regional/global clients;
Sales oriented with record of securing new business;
Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure;
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
