- Interpersonal skill to effectively work with C- suite level and coordinate internal resources to effectively create solutions that meet decision maker’s KPIs.
- Align with Finance, Sales and Marketing managers to support the development of country sales programs such as install base retention, demo programs and deal escalations
- Responsibility for Customer: Account Analysis and Transparency
- Knows customer’s market, business targets & strategy, value chain, needs and key business drivers and effectively transfers this knowledge to the SiemensHealthcare.
- Represents the customer to Siemens and ensures a unified Siemens approach (across Siemens Healthcare) to the customer. Evaluates the customer potential for Siemens and the account penetration.
- Provides value to the customer by creating new business together and by sharing information about market, industry and market intelligence.
- Strives for carrying out of customer satisfaction surveys, and shows commitment, willingness and passion for the customer.
- Moreover, he/she coordinates the customer’s needs in order:
- to ensure ease of doing business for the customer (with relevant Siemens Units and organization levels)
- to ensure full Account transparency and build Siemens position for the account
- to ensure customer satisfaction"
· Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline.
· 2+ years of experience developing and selling customized solutions to senior level/C-suite executives in healthcare institutions.
· 2+ years of experience understanding performance metrics in Hospital or Laboratory settings and recommending solutions accordingly.
