Any graduate with management degree and 3 years experience or Any graduate with 5 years of experience
Introductory meetings with key audience from customer
Maintaining CRM for respective zone
Should have very good understanding of Project sales
Should be well versed with written and analysis skill
Should be able to visualise, analyse and draft big techno-commercials project proposal for government authorities
Define process and plan to closure for large projects
Revenue generation
Forecasting
Territory and customer base expansion
Specific customer accounts development
Receivables recovery and documentation follow-up
Demo, trials arrangement and management
Reporting and Coordination with GM and immediate reporting manager
Coordination with PM and field resource manager for proper account management and customer satisfaction
Lead generation through planned marketing activities
Exhibition planning in respective zones
Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
Good Business Sense and industry expertise
Ability to motivate and lead team
Analytical skills
Excellent communication in English and local language
