Re-stablish & develop the GANT Womenswear business in the Iberian market by identifying new accounts and working with them as business partners understanding and anticipating their needs.  Market research to identify early adopter Menswear accounts by using the segmentation of the brand.  Take responsibility for setting pricing and margin targets for Womenswear & Early adopters accounts.


● Manage own accounts, developing an effective business partnership with buyers and owners to ensure that seasonal and BRP targets are met or exceeded
● Use detailed analysis of each account’s performance and potential for growth to forecast seasonal sales; 
● Adapt initial prices and margins for the collections, providing market data to explain recommendations to the Head of Wholesale
● Prior to seasonal selling appointments, review previous season’s sell through performance by category and work with each account to build a commercially successful range that facilitates continued growth 
● Sell womenswear & early adopters capsule collections to current and potential accounts at the Madrid showrooms, including any stock holding.   Track performance during the selling appointment and plan for any shortfall in revenue. Produce a comprehensive review at the end of each season detailing each account’s performance 
● During seasonal visits to accounts, provide analysis of the overall GANT performance in context with other brands and accounts, providing clear business recommendations to grow the brand and increase market share
● Use own knowledge of competitors and trends in menswear fashion brands to provide seasonal analysis of pricing, ranges and any new developments or potential locations for use by GANT IBERIA to plan for future growth
● Using market intelligence, provide an annual growth plan to identify new business partners which will enable the wholesale department to meet its projected growth targets
● Identify cross selling opportunities in own accounts and work with colleagues in other categories/departments to grow the GANT lifestyle business
● Attend sales conferences and seasonal design meetings at GANT AB; identify opportunities in the market and advise the design team in Stockholm
● Maintain awareness of current and projected retail stores when suggesting new account locations and assisting accounts to review their business plans
● Contribute to media planning on marketing support for independent customers
● Work closely with Customer Services Manager on key sellers for the season 
● Work as part of the Wholesale team and participate in weekly meetings providing an update on seasonal business and BRP performance
● Provide selling support and training during the season to help achieve sell through targets


Educational level:

• University degree in the area of Marketing / Business Administration

Knowledge requirements / past experience:

• Minimum 3 years in Sales Area.
• Well connected with key players  / cool accounts in the marketplace.
• Experience in wholesale area, minimum as a sales rep in fashion

Language skills:

• Excellent English/Spanish skills, both spoken and written
• Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written

IT/tools skills:

• Google Suite
• Office tools (Advanced Excel proficiency)
