Are you looking for a challenging position as a Key Account Manager in Germany responsible for large corporates (e.g. OEMS, Leasings) and strategic Fleet customers? Do you have demonstrable experience and proven success in developing new sales strategies, maintaining and building up a relationship with existing and new customers and leading them to success? Then the position of Key Account Manager might be the job for you!

You will be responsible for a group of large corporates and strategic customers and will develop the right solution for them to prosper in the world of e-mobility. In addition, you will be selling to leads in your region and create offers for their e-mobility needs.

This is a highly visible role and your work will have a direct result on the outcomes. Day-to-day you will meet with customers, give advise, close deals and make sure the delivery of the products runs smoothly. You will be part of our growing sales community, and keeping close contact with our technical specialists in Berlin and Amsterdam.

  • Acquire and strategically manage accounts and build trustful relationships with them
  • Negotiate profitable deals that add value for your customers;
  • Lead and train partners and their customers to find the right charging solution
  • Provide consultancy on technical choices and product configuration
  • Jointly approach market opportunities and respond to tenders
  • Achieve satisfied customers


  • Build and manage executive relationships with targeted Large Corporates and Resellers Sales, Business Development & Services teams
  • Understand your customers strategy, identifying areas of alignment, and structuring compelling sales initiatives
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as key account manager, either in a direct sales or indirect channel sales capacity
  • An experienced EV enthusiast who previously held a senior job in sales or consultative commercial positions at a German OEM, Leasing, Real Estate, Fleet or E-mobility company
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Based in northern Germany (Hamburg / Berlin)
