Deine Aufgaben

  • Responsible for Key Account Management with primary focus on Multi Nationals headquartered in France, Benelux and other Europe
  • Understand clients’ requirements, define a Point of View and develop effective solutions
  • Generate revenue opportunities by conducting strategic and tactical sales activities including opportunity identification and evaluation
  • Responsible for cultivating relationships at senior levels with potential customers in oil and gas and other capital-intensive industries sectors
  • Develop thought leadership within at least one expertise and mentor, grow consultants
  • Supervise projects to ensure successful completion and client reference

Dein Profil

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or another related field
  • 10 years of experience in client-facing sales, marketing and business development roles with outbound-focused sales background
  • Excellent project management experience in Management Consulting or even Asset Management
  • Proven leadership & management skills, ability to lead a team of consultants as well as guide clients in transformation processes
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and work as a team player with peers, clients, and staff at all levels
  • Proven business development history for creating client relationships with existing and potential clients, preferable board level contacts
  • Solid communicator, including presentation skills with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Ability to travel within Europe, North America and Asia Pacific
  • Proficient in French and English. Dutch and / or German will be beneficial but not necessary
  • Possess high level of integrity and accountability
  • Skilled in the practical applications of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Share Point
