ScopeBuilds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders incl. C-Level of a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenuesLeads development of business strategy for assigned clients using Account Business Planning to plan, forecast and secure resultsGenerates consistent business pipeline as well as cross- and upselling opportunities, using sector experience and client knowledge to assess client unique business and IT environment needs to match Xerox OfferingsIdentifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities leveraging the full Xerox portfolioDefines and meets Win Strategy Criteria, using sales specialists, solution architects and other SME roles to craft specific offering and technical requirements for SOW; leads development of proposal/RFP in partnership with Bid ManagementPartner with Service Delivery to support Quarterly Business Review with customers to continuously leverage new service offers, retain client accounts and grow profitable revenueUnderstand the local marketplace, the key players and the strategies that exist in the Public Sector marketQualifications, Key Skills and ExperienceDegree in relevant subject such as economy and/or technology or alternatively relevant sales experienceDemonstrable track record in selling service portfolio into Public Sector market based on business process and competitive landscape knowledgeDemonstrated C-level interaction and insight-based influence combined with strong negotiation skillsSuccessful track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in developing new business streams and winning large deals (avg.
