region and contains a growing corporate team.

We are currently looking to recruit a lawyer (2-5 years PQE) to
join our corporate M&A practice group work with our well
regarded M&A partner, John Mann.
John has over 30 years' experience in M&A and Private Equity
deals and is recognised by Best Lawyers and Doyle's
Guide. 

This position will assist John and his team in a broad variety
of exciting M&A deals, servicing domestic and international
clients across a range of industries including many cross border
transactions. The team is very friendly and supportive and you will
have both senior and junior lawyers supporting your position. You
will be involved in deals from end to end which provides the
perfect opportunity for you to to develop your skills in this area
of law. This is an exciting time to join a growing practice and
work on a range of complex and challenging deals.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

• have relevant experience (2 to 5 years PQE) in a corporate
  / M&A team within a reputable Australian or international
  law firm;
• provide a practical and proactive approach to your
  work;
• demonstrate strong problem solving skills;
• strong academics;
• work well in a team;
• be enthusiastic and willing to learn;
• provide a high level of client service; and
• enjoy the all-important laughs with the team.
