Job Description :
As a Layout Manager/Lead - Your team will not be circuit function oriented, team members are expected to work in all parts of circuit functions
o You will provide any supplemental support to individual who is working in different project/circuit area
o You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality/schedule of direct reports - You will be responsible to:
o Working with reports to set job expectations
o Review individual performance
o Provided timely feedback to the individuals
o Training direct reports - Layout manager/lead is still expected to perform technical/layout task as required
- Layout Manager/lead may be responsible for delivering (supporting/assisting/guiding) chip revisions and/or testchips through tape-in.
- Work collectively to set methodologies and guidelines for all layout designers
- Work closely with other groups, and other geography collaboratively
