1) Planning
- Tactical hub planning in terms of managing daily Inbound & Outbound load (equipment, space, etc).
2) Reporting
- Working closely with Hub Supervisor on matters related to Inbound & Outbound volume.
- Keeping track & update daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report – Inbound Shuttle Timing, Delivery Performance & Aging, Hub Dashboard and other operational hub reports.
3) Optimizing
- Assisting Hub Supervisor in managing hub operational processes, compliance & process optimization.
4) Compliance

Job requirements

- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can Identify key components in strategic and business plans.
