• Evaluating and executing the roadmap of cross platform seller tools and feature by working closely with Product Teams and Regional Tools Project Managers
• Define and execute new feature launches at local level: defining SOPs, training material, reporting and tracking
• Developing communication, engagement, training and adoption plans to ensure a successful roll-out of new features and any iterations of existing features
• Identifying, and tracking key success metrics to measure adoption and performance of each product
• Aggregating and prioritizing feedback from users to identify opportunities and gaps for improvement for each tool that will help to define product roadmaps
• Be the main liaison between Regional Product Teams, local category teams, and local sellers
• Growing number of assortment and service providers of support services and products for sellers
• Create opportunities and marketing plans to help service providers to be able to secure business from sellers
• Managing and training a team of young, talented members to realize their potential to support long term business targets
• Regularly update top management on performance and key actionable insights

Job requirements

• Minimum BA/BS degree, and/or MBA is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.
• A self-starter who performs well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment, and has strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and be able to turn data into actionable insights
• At least 5+ years in a project management role is a plus.
• Ideal candidate must be fluent in both Thai and English, has strong Microsoft office skills especially Microsoft Excel.
