About the job
We are looking for a solution architect and presales consultant who has a passion for understanding the customer's needs and how they map on InTWO's Dynamics 365 offerings, in sync with other Microsoft Cloud technologies. The role helps us engage deeply with corporate clients from presales to project activity, from a functional perspective. Additionally, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting campaigns and sales plays in coordination with management and other team members.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
Minimum of 4 years with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations.
Strong Consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
Outstanding Documentation and Communication skills
Experience of developing creative and client-winning solutions to complex business problems
Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts.
Demonstrable Solution Architect experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Experience working with third-party vendors
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team.
What you will be doing
Lead the definition of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Define engagement outcomes and business benefits, high-level scope, architecture, implementation approach and effort estimates.
Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes.
Can look beyond the pure ERP implementation by leveraging her/his knowledge of the full Microsoft stack and other technologies (Power Platform, Modern Workplace, Data & AI etc.)
Support in formulation of high-quality bids and proposals.
Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort.
Conduct proposal reviews and Lead pre-sales and implementation workshops.
Build strong client relationships through the pre-sales process.
Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives
Lead implementation projects and drive functional workshops (BPA, CRP, UAT, Training and more) with customer teams
Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Our expectations of you
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business administration (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years’ experience in selling strategic technology business applications and solutions.
To have a continuous learner mindset
Prior sales experience selling Enterprise ERP Solutions such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX, JDE, Oracle ERP, SAP, etc
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially with Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Dutch language preferred)
Possess negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
Solution Oriented Analytical Skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
Ability to multitask and prioritize
