Location: Sydney

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To act as SME for HR solution to any customer. Liaise with customer for design discussions, building solutions, presentations, POCs and getting required approvals
  • To be hands-on and lead HR track for any implementation/support of SAP processes. Build effort estimates for the solution options provided
  • To facilitate and completely own the solution for the implementation / support of SAP HR processes that would enhance the client’s business
  • To suggest innovative solutions/processes to customer based on best practices / SAP standard processes. Assist in the development of business process documents/descriptions
  • To conduct implementation & training workshops: This is particularly required for SAP Power users and then guidance for end-user training/documentation.

Skills /Competencies:


  • Australia Payroll experience with a min of 8-10 years of implementation & support exposure
  • Experience of HCM processes in AU Public sector is preferable. Design, configuration and testing of SAP Payroll and other HR modules (PA,OM,PD, Time Management)
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.


  • 8+ years of experience with IT
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
