Lead Designer UI/UX

THE ROLE

To strengthen our team of Product Designers, we are looking for an experienced Designer.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Design, you will be immersed in a team that includes all product specialties (POs, Product Designers, UX Designer and Developers).

On a daily basis you will have to:

• Anticipate future needs and projects in relation to the PO
• Manage a team of product designers
• Be a source of daily solutions
• Lead the team, stimulate creativity and skills development
• Overwatch UI/UX for internally developed tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5 years of experience as a Lead Designer on an iOS and Android product.
• Expert in Sprint / Agile methods and master all the tools of HMI creation and design.
• Have already successfully managed a team
• Have developed and improved at least one product in its entirety
• Have already prepared and conducted user tests
• Have fluent professional English and French
• A passion for the constant evolution of UX/UI best practices
• A specialized diploma in Design, Bac level 3/ 5
