About the role
Teleperformance is looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to support our busy and growing Field Marketing & Strategic digital lead generation team in EMEA region. The successful applicant will be a hungry and hardworking self-starter, determined to forge a career in a fast pace marketing environment of a leading global business service organization.
Experience and qualifications
Execute a variety of strategic digital campaigns and online event marketing programs to fuel the pipeline, drive revenue, meet sales targets and corporate goals
Liaise between the regional sales & marketing team and the various functions of corporate marketing
Run multiple digital marketing campaigns and online events each quarter successfully in a reciprocal environment
Research and report creative online event options
Balance external agencies and vendors as well as work with internal teams; creative email marketing, product marketing, sales and web team. These relationships will tie directly to the success of the field programs.
Ability to collaborate with a team; comfortable with bringing abstract brainstorming ideas to concrete points of action
Handle executive briefing documents and meetings for campaigns and events
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands
Planning meetings and post event summaries
Possess extensive project management skills; leading an online event and digital campaign from its inception all the way to “post show” reporting (running in conjunction with Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence team)
Complete all internal documents; seeing them through the approval structure (Purchase Request and Return on Investment)
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-department relationships
Own and be responsible for all deliverables and timelines
Act as the main point of contact for all external vendors as well as employees in order to effectively communicate our campaign and event presence
Build timely “post show” reporting statistics (financial reconciliation, lead input and Salesforce campaign creation)
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required
Ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects at once while remaining fiscally responsible
Must be a self-starter taking initiative while simultaneously being able to adapt to sudden changes and work with minimal supervision
Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail
Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline and project-based environment
Experience with on-line registration systems and reporting
Ability to effectively communicate in German and English (written, oral and presentations); Spanish, Portuguese or French fluency a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B demand generation or field marketing role.
Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and field marketing programs.
Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
Experience with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams a plus.
Experience with measuring campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.
Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for field marketing program.
Familiarity with the business service and technology sales cycle and how to employ field marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
Familiarity with web optimization and management
Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords certified a plus
Strong digital acumen
Well versed in leveraging data in marketing automation for personalization and creation of behavioral workflows
Ability to define processes and paths to project completion with limited documentation
Thrive in entrepreneurial environments and comfort working in evolving organizations
