About this opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leads Generation Specialist to be in charge of the planning and implementation of inbound and outbound digital strategies, engage potential customers, innovate to drive solutions from different social media marketing tools, implement metrics, report and improve data constantly. It is the field to digitally nurture and create more opportunities to leverage efforts and to drive quality leads generation and conversion.

In this role, you will…

• Lead digital initiatives contributing actively on development of initiatives to improve the online experience of doctors and assemble the appropriate resources to drive quality leads generation and conversion.
• Plan marketing digital campaigns by understanding and defining personas and right targets, to move the doctors through the purchasing funnel and fuel business growth.
• Proactive and consistent analysis of data and conduct market research to identify consumer and leads trends, insights and content to improve efficiencies and drive higher lead generation and conversion
• Responsible for the management of digital campaigns and investment;
• Collaborate with communication planning and strategy to Invisalign and iTero Social Media;
• Manage the brands websites and its several contents, blogs, videos, podcasts and future digital channels;
• Develop and execute SEO initiatives to identify and launch new strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive a higher volume of organic search traffic to Invisalign.com.
• Guarantee compliance standards in all doctors-facing activities, approve all assets with product manager and collaborate with Regulatory and Legal departments
• Digital curation;
• Connect with marketing peers, sales and other professionals to drive brand awareness, ensure right governance and achieve objectives;
• Monitor competitors’ best practices activities and trends
• Work with agencies to deliver the appropriate content at the proper time to maximize awareness and lead consumer conversion.
• Constantly iterate and improve existing processes and technology;
• Finance and contracts management and control.

In this role, you’ll need …

• 5+ years of experience in the role;
• Customer focused and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Bachelor’s degree: preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication OR equivalent experience;
• Experience identifying consumer barriers of adoption and developing a plan to test possible solutions.
• Ability to lead project development and management, testing and execution;
• Experience with common Analytics tools and online launches.
• Ability to clearly and concisely build a compelling story with messaging to achieve business results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate directives and observations clearly and concisely.
• SEO skills;
• Drive to rapidly test-and-learn elements of our sites to quickly enhance usability.
• Strong communication skills required;
• Advanced English and Spanish Desired;
