Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Engages in OE/HES activities including but not limited to:
+ Ensures safe work practices are followed
+ Verifies the Hazard identification and Risk Assessment submitted by contractors and ensuring the risks are mitigated before approving the work permits
+ Performs the MOC processes
+ Ensures the statutory compliance are adhered to for the HES operational requirements for the Terminal during the daily activity
+ Conducts LPS stewardship including at the Terminal which includes OE-Walkabout, HES Inspection, Near-Miss Incident reporting and LPOs
+ Conducts proper Incident investigation and reporting to the IMPACT-ERM system
+ Conducts regular checks / audits and testing of the Electrical / Instrument Equipment, Pumps, Jetties Facilities, TTLR Equipment, Terminal Fire-Fighting Equipment and fire alarm system
+ Assists the Engineers in the contractor management

This position will require the incumbent to be qualified as a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW-for Maintenance LO assigned to Electrical/Instrumentation), Electrical Technician License, Confined Space Assessor and Work At Height Supervisor/Assessor. In addition, the incumbent will need to assume the roles of ERT member and will be required to attend Fire Fighting Training and response to any Emergency at the Terminal when on work duty.
Leads a team of Lead Operator, Operators and Contractors during a non-shift work day to ensure an incident free maintenance activity at the terminal by leading a team to perform the following activities:
+ Manages and stewards Total Plant Maintenance Contractors and 3rd party contractors in the planning and execution of the daily maintenance and equipment repair activities. This includes planning for operational equipment to be made available for maintenance works
+ Provides operational support to the engineering team during commissioning and testing works for equipment repair works
+ Actively participates in the stewardship of the key contracting partners along with the engineers for contractor management processes such as CHESM
+ Accountable for the management of the critical equipment spare part inventory system for the terminal equipment; to work together with the engineers to ensure a healthy level of critical spares are maintained at all times
+ Ensures safe maintenance procedures are available and executed by the contractors at all times
+ Conducts regular inspections of equipment and systems to evaluate the effectiveness of repairs and proposed improvement methods
+ Responsible in stewarding all contractors carry out their work in accordance to Chevron MSWP and all applicable Chevron processes. This includes ownership of the LOTO and HOTO process for all maintenance and repair works
+ Provides field supervision of contractors for all activities, especially for high risk activities such as Work at Height, Confined Space, Lifting Operations, excavation Hot Work and Electrical works
+ Responsible for the effective management of the work order system. This includes conducting first line check and evaluation of prioritization of the work orders
+ Carries out minor repairs and first response to emergency breakdowns and perform electrical and instrumentation trouble shooting
+ Manages the inspection and validity period for the list of equipment are subjected to statutory inspection. This includes critical equipment such as Tank Gauging tape, Hydrometer and TP7 equipment calibration validity
+ Responsible for Daily Work Permit issuing which includes performing Confined Space Assessor duty

Terminal Operations:
Provide shift coverage (as required) by leading a team of Lead Operator, Operators and Contractors to ensure safe and smooth operation for Tank truck loading, marine vessel loading, marine vessel receipt, pipeline receipt/transfer, tank truck receipt, additive receipt/use, storage tanks inventory management by leading a team to perform the following activities:
