The Recruiting Lead is responsible for managing and leading the end to end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with Belong's virtues and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with Belong's growth plans and talent needs. Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and establish hiring goals.Process Optimization:Review and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.Implement and leverage innovative recruiting tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance the overall recruitment function.Employer Branding:Develop and implement strategies to showcase the company’s culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract top talent.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data and metrics to analyze and optimize recruitment processes, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to leadership.Make data-driven recommendations for improvements in the recruiting strategy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully leading recruiting teams.Strong understanding of current recruiting trends, tools, and technologies.Knowledge of Lever (ATS) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Proven experience in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
