Requirements

• Primary Skills: Ruby on Rails, Ruby, Postgres (Any other relation database)
• Second Skills: Able to manage AWS deployments

Key Responsibilities

• Over all experience 7+ Yrs with min 5 Yrs in ROR
• Someone who is smart, team player, and good communication skills
• A lot of passion for programming, web-development in Ruby on Rails
• Self learner, who is able to built applications from the scratch
• Sound technical knowledge in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and code reviews
• Understanding of best standards, guidelines etc. and actually cares about adhering to them
• Ability to write clean, modularized, maintainable and well tested code
• Good knowledge of RSpec
• Ability to handle complex problems from design to execution.
• Prior experience in working with AWS
• Sound knowledge about SQL.
• Proficient in using Git.
• Able to build FE using rails views.
• Able to manage technical discussions with team and clients regularly.
• Need to help the rest of team members when there are blockers.




Good to have skills:


• Knowledge of any JS framework (a plus), a huge plus if you know React.js
• A huge plus if any prior exposure to DevOps.
• Good knowledge of front end tools - HTML, CSS and Javascript
