Position Purpose :
Assist the ADP, Australia & New Zealand Enterprise Learning (EL) Team in delivering quality learning outcomes to our Clients and Associates through the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of training needs across our business and act as a consultant to the business to build skills and capability by conducting Training Needs Analysis, develop and deliver customised programs. Assist with the design, development and delivery of best practice eLearning and multimedia training on ADP’s programs, products and services to clients and associates.
Key Responsibilities :
+ Facilitation of product and generic training programs for Clients and Associates.
+ Design, develop and maintain training and learning programs using Adult Learning Principals and methodologies (product specific, professional development and generic payroll courses).
+ Assist in the design, implementation and promotion of Training Programs & HR initiatives for associates and clients.
+ In consultation with HR and BU Managers develop and deliver training pathways for Associates.
+ Explore new methodologies for delivery of training and development including job aides, webinars, on line training library documentation.
+ Develop and facilitate workshops and learning programs to support clients and associates requirements.
+ Development of job aids to assist associates with improving efficiency and productivity in day to day work activities.
+ Liaison with Business Units and Subject matter Experts (SME) to support ADP training requirements.
+ Perform training administration tasks as required to support Clients and Associates learning strategies and promote training opportunities.
+ Assist in recording and producing reports of Associate & Client training activity.
+ Assist in the organisation and facilitation of pilot programs.
+ Determine the best instructional delivery approach for training using a range of software products to support or enhance the learning where appropriate.
+ Liaise with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure all materials are reviewed and signed off before release
+ Design, develop and deliver eLearning/blended solutions, incorporating adult learning principals tailored, to business needs
+ Analyse business requirements and apply sound technical skills to deliver contemporary benchmark blended solutions, tailored to clients’ needs
+ Develop and apply SCORM assessment and evaluation tools to track and report on progress and client satisfaction
+ Facilitate LiveMeeting, webinars and other contemporary distance learning methodologies
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions on ADP programs, products and services for associates and clients
+ Update, design and implement all online learning material, in consultation with all key stakeholders
+ Coordinate and report regularly on compliance training progress and completion
+ Champion and administer TMS/LMS for ADP clients and associates, partnering with the L&D Coordinator, ensuring accurate content and regular reporting
+ Liaise with Enterprise Learning team to design and deliver consistent offering to clients and associates.

Experience :
+ Minimum 3 years previous training experience, including experience in developing Blended Learning Solutions and developing related content
+ Proven proficiency design and execution of Training Needs Analysis
+ Well-developed facilitation skills
+ Experience in designing and developing training manuals (technical and non-technical)
+ Proficiency in multimedia authoring software for development, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Suite, Raptivity and Camtasia
+ Design and administering TMS / LMS content
+ Proficiency in graphic design using Photoshop or similar software
+ Experience in using the Adobe suite as a multimedia interface for e-learning
+ Analysis, reporting and dev
