This new lectureship post has become availablewithin the Department of Engineering and Computing at the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering to teach within the subject area Civil Engineering and Construction. As an expert in this field you will deliver lectures, workshops, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions including site visits and Field schemes. In addition to preparing teaching materials to conduct assessments in accordance with UEL’s quality standards, you will contribute to the School’s vibrant research and/or knowledge transfer activities which includes obtaining research grants and funding.

You will have a good honours degree in construction engineering/ management or a closely related discipline. You will have specific expertise and experience in quantity surveying, construction planning and production and commercial management. You will have the relevant Chartered status or on pathway to achieve one in the near future.
