Our Legal & Compliance department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Legal & Compliance Administrator.

What You Will Do

  • Assume responsibility and expertise for contract management system
  • Scan and add new contract records
  • Generate monthly reports for business leaders on contract records for their line of business
  • Collaborate with other system users/contract administrators in each line of business
  • Respond to user questions and inquiries regarding contract administration policies and practices at CCG
  • Review privacy access requests sent to the Legal & Compliance department
  • Gather relevant records from internal departments
  • Maintain log of privacy incidents, work with Manager, Regulatory Compliance to determine whether reportable or not
  • Monitor Legal & Compliance departmental emails
  • Maintain list of open files and assigned resource
  • Other administrative duties as required
Job Requirements

Who You Are

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative capacity within a legal, finance, compliance or similar department
  • Previous experience in compliance or contract management is an asset
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated comfort and ability using technology systems
