Knowledge of a variety of reporting procedures , regulations and law
Effective Communication (both written & verbal)and Human Relations skills
Ability to analyse and interpret issues and to prepare legal opinions.
Knowledge of the principles and procedures of legal research.
Knowledge of the judicial system and procedures , legal documentation procedures and requirements.
Knowledge of current and developing legal issues and trends in area of expertise.
Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of team down the line legal professionals and consultants.
Wide exposure across Legal &Labor cases , Defamation , service agreement , recovery related cases , Sales Agreement etc.Job Responsibilities :
This individual would be responsible for the legal affairs of the organization. This role includes providing legal counsel to the senior management.
Drafting and vetting of MOA , MOU , Undertakings and authority letters , vendor contracts , etc.
1st Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents and co - ordination with the team to ensure documents are legally sound.
Legal Case u / s 138 (Ad Sales , Circulation , Job Work , Recovery Cases) & Civil Cases.
Management of Labor Cases (Other than MWB).
Management of unsettled Full & Final cases of ex - employees and recovery matters.
FIR of Manipulation cases.
Handling of defamation cases.
Real Estate Barter receivable defaulters & Arbitration , Sales Agreement & legal process for sales of Property.
Agreements of Services (Like Rent , Security , House Keeping , Taxi , Expenses Barter , Binding , Retainers etc.
Management of agreements related to Purchase (GPC) , Billing & Recovery.
Agreements of Advertisement , Circulation & JW clients deal Agreements.
Co - ordination with State Legal Teams.
Any other legal matters.
Liaison with Govt. departments & competent authority s officers for various matters.
Advisory to State Management in terms of legal matters & various proposed actions.
