The Lending Officer will be instrumental in supporting and expanding the Lending franchise on a global level. Lending Officers in Luxembourg do generate and administrate new lending transactions as well as support Lending Officers from other locations globally to book and administrate transactions with WM Luxembourg to achieving overall growth targets, whilst maintaining excellent credit quality.
The Lending Officer supports WM Relationship Managers in all their credit-related needs with respect to the full range of lending product offering (special focus on French, Spanish & UK Commercial / Residential Real Estate Financing, Single Stock Financing, Lombard Financing, Aircraft Financing, Life Insurance Financing, as well as Subscription Financing). Aside of supporting WM Relationship Managers and as Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. is the main European Lending Hub within Deutsche Bank, the Lending Officer shall also support and assist Lending Officers of other locations (i.e. Switzerland, London, Germany) booking their transactions within WM Luxembourg.
