The Procurement department is responsible for all IT and non-IT procurement activities as well as for the license management of Allianz Technology France and Benelux.
Within the Procurement team the License Management Expert will be responsible for the management of all software licenses used in Allianz Technology France and Benelux with the tasks described below.
Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions, create significant value to stakeholders for cost effectiveness, flexibility and efficiency
Ensure policies, governance compliance and risk management
Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, standardization, service delivery / quality improvements and process efficiency
Ensure legal and commercial regularity in administration of software license management
Incorporate needs and requirements into contract negotiations and contract language, support execution of end to end procurement process
Being a voice of Software Asset Management to the rest of the organization to ensure the technical and business relationship continuity
Responsible for license management and related process
Support SW-negotiations from legal perspective of T&Cs for license metrics, audit clauses etc.
Ensure sustainable internal controlling system of all license management processes and legal / commercial regulations
Manage reporting system, audits, SW-balance sheet, support internal and external audits
Create and maintain software asset information, including Software Models, Software Contracts and Software Entitlements and Software Allocations
Lead tender (RfX) execution and drive fact based negotiations for software
Synchronize product- and technology structure with global license management & AZ Group IT strategy
Knowledge around SAM Tool (e.g. ServiceNow), processes, roles and licensing models in the client and server environment required
Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
