A management position within m/SIX, an agency within GroupM. As the Digital Director of the fastest growing agency, the candidate needs to be goal orientated and has extensive experience in digital media/platform management. Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills; strong client management and people management skills.

About the Role :

  • Responsible and accountable for the agency’s digital P&L, growing digital revenues and profitability for each Client. 
  • Client servicing, relationship management and providing sound digital solutions for all Client brands. 
  • Work on pitches demonstrating leadership and providing sound solution for a winning proposition
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of clients businesses and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs. 
  • To drive brands digital investments upwards and to plan and develop ideas for “media first” innovations and build capability in strategy. 
  • Establish senior client relationship positioning m/SIX as a principle business partner. Ready to propose new ideas and innovation.  
  • Collaborate with core planning teams to ensure optimal integration of digital solutions in the overall brand plans, and ensure deployment of best-in-class digital implementation across brands. 
  • Provide learning and development in digital media for the agency team and ensure upskilling in delivering digital products to Client. 
  • Oversee the team’s day to day tasks, ensure quality service delivery and efficient/effective campaign implementation across all brands

Skills Required:

  • Experience in developing and implementing various digital strategies. Agency experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing large budgets across biddable, display, programmatic, performance and non- biddable media
  • Strong leadership with strategic thinking capabilities. An independent, self-driven and responsible individual with multi-tasking and decision-making abilities.
  • Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, publishers and vendors.
  • Detailed awareness of the digital industry, client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, market status and competition.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations
  • A risk taker, an innovator who thrives on developing award winning work.
