Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and deploy ML models to production within a cross-functional team that includes data scientists and software engineers. You’ll work on pricing and underwriting systems, with greenfield projects in forecasting and pricing, while collaborating in an Agile environment. You’ll mentor junior teammates and help shape scalable ML solutions that enable fast, data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity to impact insurance tech at scale in a flexible, inclusive setting.

Responsabilità
- Advanced Python coding skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Experience across the full lifecycle of ML model development including production
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of microservices, TDD / DDD, and design patterns

- Up to 75,000 salary
