1 Participate in the formulation and modification of operating specifications for equipment commissioning and maintenance work, and formulate equipment maintenance systems, specifications and requirements;
2 Formulate annual and monthly equipment maintenance plans;
3 Instruct equipment commissioning personnel to carry out equipment repair and maintenance work to reduce repair costs;
4 Participate in the selection of new equipment, spare parts management and the preparation of equipment TPM documents, to ensure that new equipment and new projects complete SOPs smoothly and in accordance with targets in a timely manner;
5 Inspect the daily operation of the equipment, and eliminate hidden dangers in time;
6 Analyze and continuously improve the operation risk of the equipment, eliminate the operation risks of the operators, and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents;
7 Responsible for reducing equipment operation failures, extending equipment operation time, and improving operation quality;
8 In the actual product processing process, the control of procedures and operating specifications, and the supervision of on-site operators, ensure standardization;
9 Support the production, quality and engineering departments to ensure the improvement of production efficiency and product quality;
10 Assist the human resources department to conduct equipment operation and maintenance knowledge training for maintenance and debugging and operators;
11 Manage equipment spare parts, continuously improve, increase lifespan, and reduce inventory and spare parts costs;
12 Design and manufacture of spare parts, and related outsourcing control;
13 Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
More than 5 years of work experience, familiar with machining process
Have the ability of mechanical drawing and recognizing drawings, and be proficient in CAD 2D drawing and Creo/Solidworks/NX and other 3D drawing software.
Have good judgment and practical skills
Proficency in office softwares
