This position is a member of the Territory Services Discipline under the Digital Business Group.
The role of the Managed Services Partner (MSP) Representative is to develop on-going IBM business relationships with clients and provide solutions to their business needs. This requires a thorough understanding of the commercial market. Operates effectively in either General Business Enterprise or Business Partner & Mid-Market. Leads cross-functional sales/support/perform teams, taking optimum advantage of all appropriate resources. Selects the appropriate offerings and route to market that are designed to meet the client's business objectives and provide an optimum financial return to IBM.
Has the authority, with appropriate upline authority review, to make commitments on behalf of IBM, including terms and conditions, resources and financial arrangements. Maintains an effective business relationship with the client's management team. Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing solutions using effective distribution channels. Accountable for total client satisfaction, market share, and IBM revenue within the client base, and acts as the primary IBM interface to focus accounts within the assigned territory.

- minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Proven sales-track record, driven and target-oriented individual
- Broad knowledge in IT solutioning
