About the role:
As experienced Management Assistant you play a prominent role and will provide critical administrative support for the Sr. Director EMEA Customer Care & Supply Chain and site leadership team. You coordinate schedules and plan logistics for meetings, administrative support, agenda planning/management, arranging travel and major functional meetings, preparing and sorting mail, and drafting expense reports. You prepare meeting minutes and ensure active follow up of assigned actions. You support certain leaders to fulfill timely their legal statutory responsibilities by supporting the completion and singing of certain legal documents. You serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Contacts are frequent within and outside the organization and involve obtaining or providing information on matters that may be of a sensitive/confidential nature.
You work also closely with the Dutch Sales Country leadership team on scheduling and organizing their regular meetings and certain internal sales events.
Last but not least, you take an active role in creating a superb visitors experience in our newly created on site customer experience center. You are pivotal in organizing (large) site visits, with both internal and external (international) visitors and ensure all organizing details are well taken care off to ensure a great visitors experience.
You collaborate with other management assistants on site and within the wider organization in support of broader activities when needed.
You will report to the Sr. Director EMEA Customer Care & Supply Chain.
