Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Listening to user experience and journey, engaging in bi-directional dialogue with impacted users.
  • Partners directly with internal PLA departments on digital process and technology innovation to maximize productivity
  • Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple concurrent projects directed toward strategic business activities for implementation, migration, and consolidation projects within Innovation and Scouting area
  • Detailed support of the planning process, including the creation and ratification of a workstream charter.
  • Adherence to program Change Management process
  • Workstream governance (e.g., status reporting, risks and issue management, etc.)
  • Facilitation of workstream meetings, including setting meeting agendas, presentation document development and documenting minutes and working session notes
  • Documentation and monitoring of action items.
  • Management of project documents using document repository (SharePoint).
  • The ability to communicate and report up to program stakeholders, ranging from C-level business owners, to regular staffs.
  • Demonstrates leadership within the team, is solutions focused and will require only minimal oversight once they have acclimated to the project Additional Requirements.
  • Must be able to construct a migration planning workbook, detailing Excel, Project, Visio and resource details for each individual installation event, as a guideline to follow for migration success.
  • Develop analysis of process improvement in the transformed initiatives

Job Requirements :

  • Majoring in Management Information System
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to think both conceptually and strategically
  • Having ability to work independently and well with people from other department
  • Having experience at least 5-10 years handling management information, project management, or timeline management
  • Having knowledge about digital software, social media or marketing experience, knowledge management, creating SOP, data analyze
