Location : Chennai
• Responsible to establish the Kemin standard premix solutions in the market
• Responsible to serve the customize premix solutions in coordination with sales, R & D and supply chain teams
• Providing premix solutions with maximal use of critical Kemin programs with vitamins and other supplements to improve the GM
• Understand and predict market scenario and helps other functions like purchase, QC, finance, production, R&D for efficient product sourcing and delivery.
• Understanding the market drive and need based premix formulations
• Good knowledge on nutrition feed formulations and developing premix solutions on different combinations
• Establishing after sales support to Kemin premix programs based on different formulations
• Conducting studies to demonstrate the benefits of products / programs as cost effectiveness
• Organize / Participate in regional meetings/seminars to educate customers on Premix solutions
• Visiting / meeting the important customers for premix projects based on sales team need
• Responsible to report the market activity to all the functional leads relevant to Premix business like, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Director Sales, GM-Premix and GM-Sales
• Training the sales team technically and provide adequate knowledge to customers on Kemin premix solutions.
• Demonstrating a defined value proposition for premix solutions
• Working with sales team (Premix and Regular) to achieve the budgeted business growth.
