Key Skills:
· Design, Estimation of System comprising of Cooling & Ventilation and encompassing VAM, Chiller, AHU, Pumps, Ducting, PAC, VRF, Fans
· Should be able to handle an entirely new design requirement altogether
· Hands on experience of Heat load
· Time is of essence in the present world, hence should always be able to adhere to customer timelines
· Sharp techno-commercial skills
· Track every new opportunity from nascent stage till to end of award, so that all stake holders can be tracked / followed / monitored
Key Account Management:
· Initiate and nurture relationship with key decision makers and all silent stake holders in target organizations like EIL, PDIL, IOCL, HPCL, NTPC, Renewable energy, BHEL etc.
· Enhance relationship with customers and vendors so that we can get referral business
· Prepare a strategy for each customer to identify opportunity for the given business year and three-year goals
Sales & Marketing Experience:
· In changing market dynamics, identify and develop new business segment
· Develop effective operational sales strategies to meet annual targets
· Timely identification, qualification, pursuit and capturing all sales opportunities in identified markets, aiming to maximize sales in accordance with approved plans
· Liaison with consultant and client for drawing/documents approval
· Tracking competition activity
· Conducting training programs with consultant and customers
Qualification
BTech, 12 to 15 years in HVAC Industry, Business Development
Location : Delhi/ Gurgaon (Willing to travel)
