Join the Global OTC Margining and Collateral team and focus on a variety of aspects of change and process management.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in engaging with and managing stakeholders, specifically investigating and resolving our margining disputes with a range of counterparties.

Liaising closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver our program of regulatory and operational change, you will be responsible for working closely with the Technology and Global Margining teams to ensure the program of work is delivered effectively. You will also be managing a number of stakeholder engagements across Market Operations, communicating the change program and its progress to the Global Margining team and coordinating and facilitating a wide range of meetings to progress the program. In addition to this you will be making an assessment of the impact of delivery and ensuring it is effectively managed across a range of stakeholders. You will be actively promoting Operational Excellence and Continuous improvement, making recommendations on effective delivery of change and adopting a flexible approach to Change Management.

Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels, you will have working knowledge of OTC derivatives and an understanding of the market. You will also have a natural ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your strong attention to detail as well as the ability to view the bigger picture coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills will see you succeed in this role.

Ideally you will have a proven track-record of generating new ideas and re-engineering processes to create more control or which improve operational efficiency. You’ll also be able to overcome obstacles whilst maintaining a positive approach at all time. Good understanding of the banking operations, OTC, the financial markets and current regulatory changes would be beneficial.
