Looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal Community members? Come and join our team at a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in Central Australia as a Manager - Chronic Conditions Allied Health (CCAH).
The Manager – CCAH will lead a team responsible for delivering culturally-responsive, high-quality allied health projects and services focussed on preventing and mitigating the impacts of chronic conditions. Your role involves supporting staff, overseeing programs, and contributing to strategic allied health initiatives for both town and remote primary health care services.
The Manager – CCAH will support health project staff, diabetes educators, dietitians, and other clinic-based allied health professionals. Collaborating with the Manager - Allied Health and Team Leader - Podiatry, your role is essential for ensuring effective partnerships and service delivery.
