Your responsibilities

  • You are developing the vision of our CRM, incl. architecture of customer data handling, exchange and automation between different systems and with that contribute to our overall business vision
  • You are developing and integrating reporting functions into the CRM system independently
  • You are driving (sub-)projects in all phases of integration activities - from conception, technical design and implementation
  • You are analyzing and optimizing actual processes as well as developing target processes in close coordination with the specialist departments
  • You are taking care of requirements gathering, analysis, reconciliation, validation, prioritization/engagement, and product backlog management
  • You are ensuring the feasibility of the new concepts and requirements with regard to functional and technical aspects, integrability into the overall system architecture, budgetary and time constraints, maintainability and operability
  • You are in control of interdisciplinary teams in the form of agile projects (e.g. Scrum / Kanban)
  • You ensure the GDPR and data privacy guidelines according data controller and data processor governance
  • You facilitate the intensive internal collaboration with eCommerce, Marketing, Data, IT and other internal stakeholder or channel teams


What you bring along

  • You have an university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Informatics, Business Informatics or Engineering Sciences with strong IT reference
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the implementation of IT requirements in the Salesforce® environment
  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience in administration, enhancement and/or customization of the Salesforce® platform functional scope, ideally Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • You have broad knowledge in the area of the Salesforce® and Salesforce® connector
  • You have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to find creative solutions
  • You have very good communication and teamwork skills and you are team-oriented and committed to a self-organized way of working
  • You feel comfortable with an agile software development and DevOps environments
  • You are fluent in English; German skills are beneficial
