Purpose & Overall Relevance of CTC:

  • Build and execute strategies to enable successful sell-in & sell-out of product ranges, concepts and services according to the category net sales and standard margin targets
  • Act as the link between the BU creation teams, Brand Marketing, Digital marketing and market category teams to bring the category priorities to life
  • Drive the end to end go to market strategy for the key category priorities, enabling successful sell in and sell out
  • Support key brand strategies through cross-functional collaboration and execution at key milestones across the season

Key Responsibilities of the CTC Consumer Experience Manager:

  • Assist in building & maintaining the overarching seasonal Originals & hype brand calendar based on the category strategy, market and industry landscape
  • Ongoing planning and management of the Hype launch and activation calendar with cross functional input
  • Cross BU alignment with the horizontal and sports BU teams to ensure one brand plan
  • Support the direct team with the planning, creation and delivery of impactful sell-in and sell-out tools at key sell in milestones for Originals & Hype layers; e.g CTC Check in, The Handover, GTMFC, Fashion Sales Launch
  • Close alignment with internal teams on launch timing and cadence for prioritized concepts across the key markets and digital channels
  • Evaluate the markets & channels to ensure proper implementation of go to market strategies
  • Regularly analyze and share industry and market relevant information & trends between global and market counterparts

Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A background in go to market, brand, product or digital marketing optimal
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the lifestyle industry and its competitive landscape
  • Proven Ability to operate within a VUCA environment
  • Proven ability to translate data and trends to drive strategy
