Job Description


Our simple to use cloud-based, cross-platform web, mobile and desktop applications like GoToMeeting, LastPass,, Bold360, GoToMyPC, Rescue, Central, and GoToAssist among others make it possible for people and companies to connect and engage with their workplace, colleagues, customers, and products anywhere, anytime.

Our office in Dresden is located right in the city center, just a short walking distance to the river promenade and the historic old town with its landmarks Semperoper, Zwinger, Castle, and Frauenkirche.


People Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor the engineers within the team
  • Write performance reviews and provide quality feedback regularly to help people grow
  • Discuss and help guide activities to support team members' career development
  • Build the team: foster a positive team environment in which people feel valued
  • Set clear and challenging performance goals for the team members

Execution and Development

  • Be technically involved with the team’s day to day job and guide the team
  • Gather (team external) requirements by regularly communicating with stakeholders and prioritize the implementation of those
  • Keep evolving the existing tooling landscape and with the stakeholders through transitions


  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands-on experience as a people manager/team leader role
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Understands DevOps tooling, especially around Kubernetes
  • Understands public cloud offerings – especially AWS
  • Understands how to operate Kubernetes clusters in the cloud and how to evolve them
  • Has Linux systems knowledge
